Dee’s administrative background in government, construction, insurance, and manufacturing serves her well. She entered real estate in 1970, operated her firm for three years, joined Whitehead as branch manager in 1975, became general manager in 1983 and, along with her business parter and husband Stan Premo, owner in 1998. She served as Rockford Board of Realtors President in 1988, was its Realtor of the Year and received numerous awards and held State Realtor positions.
